1. Nature of the platform
PredictTrack is an independent information and statistical-analysis platform. It records market forecasts and evaluates them against actual outcomes according to the PredictTrack methodology. PredictTrack does not provide investment, financial, trading or other professional advice and does not recommend or endorse any investment, asset, security, strategy or forecaster.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Historical prediction results do not guarantee or indicate future performance. Statistical summaries and rankings describe recorded data only.
3. User submissions
Submitted predictions may be publicly displayed and evaluated according to the PredictTrack methodology. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the statements they submit.
4. Availability and changes
The platform is provided as-is. These terms are provisional and may be replaced once the final legal text has been reviewed.
